Hello. Me again. WOW its been a hectic few days! I must admit, being woken up at 7.30 on Sunday by the sound of massive thunder and lightning tearing through my curtains, isn’t the most inviting way of telling me “you have to play a rugby match this morning matey”. But we did eventually win 32-15 and NO one was electrocuted Homer Simpson style so there are positives I suppose. But I got VERY muddy. Other events included closing a performance from the Year 7s on Monday night with Deepblue Jazz. We kept a good dozen people awake. All good fun.
MAN this thunder and rain! It just keeps coming, relentlessly roaring in my face (just like art coursework at the moment, and a primary school teacher I used to have :/ ). Yep everything else, pretty much hunky dory. Exam pressure: now an ongoing weight on the see-saw of my life balanced with… my life (hobbies, interests and stuff that’s relatively fun etc) but I’m coping alright, doing revision and whatever else.
The real worry is being able to fit in things I enjoy. Friends, Facebook, Flying my new kite which arrived yesterday courtesy of my Uncle and Aunty. Thank You! I love it, its one of those swallow stunt kites that can do loop the loops and all. So cool, well cool for me, fellow kite flyers: you can understand my excitement. And I promise this time I won’t fly it into anyone walking along the sea wall (sorry residents and by-passers of Southsea Beach, my bad).
Thanks for all my followers and readers. Spread the word: boysframeofmind.wordpress.com.
Cheerio, The Teenage Boy.
